Adam Greaves - Founder

Adam Greaves is a real estate investor with 15+ years of experience in acquisitions, asset management, and financing, including oversight of a $500M diversified portfolio. He has executed more than $280M of transactions across Canada and the U.S. with roles at Fayer Family Office, GE Capital Real Estate, First National, and Akelius.
He brings institutional underwriting discipline, lender-ready reporting, and hands-on operational execution to every investment.
